Whoa! I'm not sure, but I think you're right. I was a nerd and paused a million times to see, and I think the car is a bit further from the camera than Kobe. ;)

I agreed with you at first - but then I watched the shadows. The car goes over the shadow of an object that shows up under where Kobe's standing. So now ... I'm not sure - it just might be real!
